Trades training and career coaching through our online and in-class cohorts, as well as individual case management.

Cohort graduates receive the following certifications:
- Certificate of Completion Workers Awareness
- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS)
- Working at Heights
- Power Elevated Work Platform
- Working in Confined Spaces
- Propane Handling
Alumni gain access to future talks, mentors, field trips, and access to our Tool Library.
We have employed our program participants through community projects and contracts.

Must be over 16 years of age and meet one of the following requirements:
- Permanent Resident
- Convention Refugee
- Live-in-Caregiver
